I was hit by a car a couple of days ago. There I was, biking along peacefully when some burnout in a muscle car decided to run a red light and plow into me. I went flying and he took off — a total hit-and-run. I landed on my head (fortunately I was wearing a helmet) and then somersaulted onto my back. No major damage except for a nasty abrasion on my right (non-drawing) hand, which required some shots and cleaning out at the ER. If I ever see that ’66 aquamarine Mustang again, I’m keying it!
